A. as shakes, juices etc Actually post1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also. They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre. Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt . These keep the digestion good you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut

A. Hello dear parent! Keep changing the menu. Gradually include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel plates and bowls to encourage eating healthy. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
