my son is 1 year 5 months old but he doesn't speak anything. is it a sign of worry? he makes different sounds and understands most of the things what we say but doesn't speak.plz advice

A. some peoples may be having expressive aphasia they were not be expressed in properly but then it understanding that thing gradually you have to interact more with the baby to improve the vocabulary
