Q.

my son is 1 year 1month he head hot with fever n hands and leg is cold.i gave him fepnil 250 3ml.as doctor precribe him befre 2 month. plz suggest

A. hi parent your 1 year old child is suffering with fever which you have administered paracetamol kindly monitor the temperature spikes preferred hourly if the temperature of the child is more than hundred degree fahrenheit can we give paracetamol followed by tepid sponging with wet cloth .make sure that the temperature the duration between two parameters must be at least 4 to 6 hours if the child is Dell despite the temperature has come down to normal and kindly consult any doctor
