hello,my baby has fever since yesterday ..her head is hot but hands and feet are cold why is that

So you should actually give paracetamol on the basis of the temperature that is there you should actually take the temperature with a thermometer without that we really cannot be certain about what is going to be the temperature medicine cannot be given
