A. Cradle cap in babies is common and usually harmless, showing up as dry or flaky patches on the scalp. A gentle shampoo helps. You can use Aveeno Baby Daily Moisture Wash & Shampoo, it's mild and safe for your baby’s sensitive scalp.

A. focus on gentle removal of scales with a soft brush or washcloth after shampooing with a mild baby shampoo like Johnson's Baby Shampoo . this baby shampoo, which is designed to be gentle on a baby's skin, is suitable for washing the affected area.

A. Head shaved off any time because when you get the head shaved off after treatment it goes if you’ve done it previously then it cannot be dandruff otherwise it would be good to get the head of child of once which is going to eliminate cradle cap if you’re sure about it that it is cradle
