Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi well, height mostly determined by genetics so please don't get panic for this but yes,for Healthy weight gain, I would suggest to give milk and milk based products more for example paneer, curd, ghee,butter etc give nuts, dried fruits, fruits more
