My son height and weight can't increase but he eat well and his stool not pass daily

well as height depends on Genetics,no need to worry about it much
and for weight,if your child weighs around 15 to 17 kg then no need to worry
for regular bowlmovements,
please encourage your child to do more physical activities
give fiber rich food more
keep your child well hydrated
