#asktheexperts Dear Doctor my 1 year old baby suffering from constiparion. He pass very hard stool. He eat and drink very well. He urinate properly. most of time he dont pass stool properly.Plz tell what should we do

Give more fluids like soup. water, buttermilk, milk, to the baby
Give oats, Vegetable, curd, khichadi, , Dal's, sprouts , to the child
Avoid Biscuits & other maida products.
