Q.

my son he is 6yrs old going to school. he spend 5hrs there and 3hrs in the traffic. when he come to home feel tired. he sleeps at 9 pm and wake up at 7.15am. please advice me for him diet and any supplemnt most important we are vegeterain. thank you

A. Hello mom make sure that the child is quite hydrated enough you can give him variety of foods which forms a balanced diet various food groups such as seasonal fruits and vegetables can be given , stuffed parathas give me given ,Saago or sabudana is also very healthy and feeling in nature as well dry fruits and nuts ,whole grains and cereals so rice, roti, oats, millets, variety of dals and even legume such as rajma, Chana, milk .Paneer ghee
