my son he is 3 year and 8 month now. he eating stone and mitti on wall eating what I do

It's causes may be related to nutritional deficiency like zinc or iron, so consult doctor and give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits to avoid deficiency.
it can also be related to development or behavioral issues like child wanting to seek attention.
