My son having smelly stool ( rotten egg smell) 4-5 times in a day after eating milk chocolate or biscuit? what to do? Any other symptoms not appear like milk protein allergy.He is 2.4 years old , now he is taking both solid and breast milk during sleep.

Dr first of all thank you.I am not prefer to giving any out side food like chocolate or biscuit but guest offers him chocolate or biscuit 1 biscuit or 1 chocolate after that his stool becomes smelly and greasy. In born time he has lactose intolerant but after 4 months it move on.Nothing happened if I give breast milk.But symptoms arise after eating milk daliya or suji kheer.what to do? what's the reason? It's move away it's own? I was bottle feeding in my childhood ( zerolac) after 2 years I was comfortable with cow milk.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child. also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk. you cannot give chocolate and icecream. you cannot give outside food as well as preservative food. avoid giving raw food and also sugary food avoid tea coffee. if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child do not give non veg for 5 days
