Hello doctor..My child is 2months 15 days old..She has smelly stool and gas..like an rotten egg today only..never before she had such bad smell..she is taking rinifol z syrup since 3 days and os exclusively on breast feeding..Is it normal??

A. digeplex drops for the baby ycsmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
