my baby has not pooped from 5days and he is 2months old feeding well and passing gas normally but smelly

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. normal..!!! breastfed babies will not poop as often because their bodies absorb most of the breast milk. going even a week without having a bowel movement is normal only..
