my son having food nicely and having breast milk nicely but he looks very thin and he 7.5 Kg only

A. Sometimes the child doesn’t take give weight despite of eating and drinking proper milk because of nutrition deficiency in proper digestion so if the weight is not increasing then in that case you can connect with your doctor for further assistance
