Q.
My son having fever 99.9 what to do. I have to start antibiotics or paracetamol is enough but no cold .

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 19 months old and he is having a fever upto 99.9 degrees then just give him plenty of water and fruits juice and paracetamol 3 ml sos

U Only start with paracetamol don’t give any antibiotics to the child without consulting your doctor if the fever crosses 101 or reaches up to 101° then you should immediately start doing cold Spaz meg but as of now it would be better that you give paracetamol repeated every six hours if needed and consult your doctor if your child also has cold
