my son have wet coughing in 2 days and his not eating food normally forcefully eat small quantity eat please suggest any syrup

Give maxtra or any other medication which has been suggested by the doctor and also nebulise your child that usually helps a lot in reducing down congestion from the chest and throat and is going to be easier for the child to eat but right now you should focus more on liquid diet for the child
