Could be due to deficiency of calcium or dryness and even fungal infection can commonly be associated with that which is why I’m going to recommend you to kindly take an assistance with your doctor for confirmation so that you can start with the treatment after understanding the reason behind it

Please do not use any over-the-counter medications or applications for the baby without consulting the doctor. You need to get in touch with your consulting paediatrician for a proper medical diagnosis and treatment plan.
