my son has to much runny nose what to do

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes around child.
For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold)
Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block.
For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child
Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing
For fever and pain give paracetamol
Go for home remedides like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink.

Wikoryl 3.5 ML you can give to the child thrice in a day with a gap of eight hours further you need to check what is the current rate of the child as the dosage of the medicine can vary as per the current age of your child as well as weight of your child
