my son has some skin rash, he used to scratch it everytime. I looks like ringworm, what should I do? please help

Candid b ointment you can apply as of now I think your child is having a fungal infection and which is why this kind of picture is there that you have posted apply at three or four times in the day probably with which things are definitely going to get better
