okay ,as it is allergical problem ,I advise to opt for homeopathic medicines for this
Along with that , please keep an eye on your child diet
avoid giving processed oily spicy food and citrus fruits for now
avoid using any cosmetics too
apply pure aloe vera gel or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this
