My son has red eyes plz give me precipitation

Without knowing what is the problem medicines cannot be suggested it is not correct you have to clean the eyes regularly with water as of now still if you see that the redness is there despite of washing it regularly even after 12 to 24 hours you will have to have an assessment with your doctor for that
