A. give comfortable feeding position, Hold your baby in a fairly upright position when you feed him also control the milk flow from your nipples.. Burp your baby after each feeding and try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so.

A. ok.. please try different feeding positions. to cure congestion to give relief in it , you can apply warm paste of Turmeric powder and water on chest and back of your child. or try heat fomentation. for that ,take clean Cotton clothe heat the tava , place Cotton clothe on it for few seconds. check with your hands first,it should not be too hot then gently place it on your child chest and back. or you may use Babyhug Nasal aspiratior after consulting your pediatrician. give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day but make your child wear cap and ear must be covered.
