Q.

my son has mild fever in day time very high at night.. he has not being taking food for 3 days. only taking water. he has also having cold cough. I have been giving dolo250.

A. please give advice medication. and do follow up visit to your doctor. give him lots of liquids and offer his favourite food, encourage him to have it. all the best
