POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 26 months old baby boy should be between 12.5 to 14 kgs depending on eating habits, birth weight and physical activities. Your baby's weight is less and you must include fat and protein rich foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, fish, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids.
