my son has lots of cavities in molars not sure if they will break and new permanent will come or not. please send reply what I can do

A. Hi dear Brush baby’s teeth twice daily Take pea size amounts of toothpaste Avoid sweets and chocolate completely Consult with your doctor dentist once and follow his advice as filling may needed if more cavity are there
