Q.
my son has is 6months old but does poo once a day but it's too dry and tries hard also before passing it. I'm giving him cooked rice, moong, and lenthils

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Once solid foods are introduced into your baby's diet, his poop is going to change. Too much of any of the cereal, could cause constipation in your baby.
Try to add some veggies or fruits in baby food preparation to soften stool and easy to evacuate.
give sipes of water after each solid feed.
Give Tummy Massage in clockwise direction.
