A. If your 6-month-old baby is passing very hard stool (poop) and turns red in the face while straining, it’s likely due to constipation. This is common when babies start solids. To help, offer extra breast milk or formula for hydration, and if your doctor has already started solids, give pureed fruits like prunes, pears, or apples, and vegetables like pumpkin or spinach to soften the stool. Avoid giving rice cereal or bananas for now, as they can worsen constipation. Gently massage the baby’s tummy and do bicycle leg movements to relieve discomfort. If the constipation continues or causes pain or bleeding, consult your pediatrician.

A. If you have started giving food and your child is six months complete then you should give ample of water and fibres in the diet which is going to be helpful as a digestion is going to be easy and better with which the motion is also going to be easier
