my son has fever and he is not eating anything and saliva is pouring contineously

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and give sunbath every morning for half an hour daily
prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc

Teething Could be happening with your child which is why your child may be having fever and I would recommend you to give more of liquid-based diet to the child buttermilk coconut water juices currently can be given to the child because that is going to help in building up strength in the body
