Q.

My son has developed a fever of 100.1 after second dose of DPT vaccine given yesterday. We have been using P-100 syrup for every 5 hrs. Is there a need to be worried? What fever should be considered an emergency?

A. that's fine whatever Paracetamol you are giving in any form should be given according to the weight of the child so if it is balance according to the weight then you can give drops as well as syrup

A. Fever is common after vaccination you can repeat the medicine every six hours and it should subside within 24 to 48 hours and it’s a normal very fever to the child so there’s absolutely nothing for you to be worried
