my son has cold and cough for the last 30 in between was hospitalized for the same. we have been giving him continuous nebulization nothing seems to work...

Madam then I’m going to recommend you to consult a Doctor Who has an expertise in the allergy because if the problem is persistent like this then it’s probably due to an allergy once you know what kind of an issue and allergy it it will be easier for you to treat accordingly
