my son hamdan is complaining about the stomach pain. he eats very less food he wants chocolate and sweet only he doesn't go to washroom for P at least 7-8 hours and he is complaining about stomach pain and pain in the belt area what should I do

Most of the times we have to rule out worm infestation Mesenteric Lymphadenitis due to some sort of infection, and it could also be behavioral or allergy to some kind of foods. Try offering the different kinds of fruits and add dry fruit and nut powder to the food of the child. You can also give smoothies
