my son had fever last 3 days ranging from 100-103. After taking Medicines he is fine, the fever is stopped but has developed rashes on faces, redness on palm and feet. he has got weakness but he is active playing on his own. please advice on the rashes.

A. regarding rashes it will cure itself.. keep him well hydrate. Give your baby small meals with high calories, high dense, high protein diet at regular intervals. . .

A. Thankyou doctor. breastfeeding is continued, rice starch and ragi porridge is been given in small quantities.
