For this query ,it will be better to have a detailed clinical assessment as required so you should contact your nearby doctor or pediatrician to get physical examinatiionon done for the proper diagnosis and then only proper treatment suggestions can be given .

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Continue breastfeeding. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
