Q.

My son fell of the bed . The bed is very high . I don’t find any bruses on his body nor do I see any swelling on his head . His cheek has become light blueish green please advice

A. My son fell of the bed . The height of the bed is approx 2ft . He cried a lot I checked him he has no bleeding from ear or nose no bruises on the body nor any swelling on his head . His right cheek is little blueish green . I gave him ibuprofen 2ml please advice what has to be done

A. hello this semms to be any internal injury. examine this as further comment and treatment can't be done without examination . No self medication should be done as it maybe some other issue .
