my son fell down while playing got frenulum injury . what to do I didn't go for hospital. is it cureable by itself

A. Hai good morning !! As baby fell down and got injury need to check with doctor for safety ,also you have observed injury ,observe any other swellings ,whether baby having any pain or playing actively as usual. Its better to get examine by the doctor and confirmation . So consult your local doctor if you observe any swelling,vomiting after falling,dizzyness,pain...
