Q.

my son fallen from bed on carpet 7 days ago and there was very bad scratch on nose then next days the wound was scartched by some thing and it was bleeding so much . the wound was heeling but today after falling from 1 feet hight nose upper surfer was bleeding so much. is there any serious issue

A. Tbact you can apply regularly maybe the wound that was there was still not healed and it was still very weak that is why even with the minor hurt to start bleeding again which is fine but just to be on the safer side I do suggest you to get it checked with your doctor once
