set a positive example for your child, by yourself having all healthy foods
offer choice between two fruits/ vegetables any one of which you may want him to try.
yourself eat the fruit/ vegetables that you want him to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try
don't be pushy but be gently encouraging
remember it's a phase it will pass
Author of questionMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. Ma’am even he don’t take milk or tea anything. He just eat paratha which I make by mixing vegetables so is that still fine? I am very much worried because in school he also don’t eat and they keep complaining that all other kids are eating but he don’t.
