Q.
my son doesn't gain weight n dnt have any urge fr particular food.. simply wht v give him he ll have meals n he just take a bite r two of snacks r fruits thtsit n he won't chew meals like as he chew other food items.. he gets tired very soon coming to physical activities but he s very active n sharp minded he speaks like us very fluent he walks n runs also but he won't eat much

Hello mom first of all you should make sure that your child is not having any kind of health issue like cold cough chest congestion stomach infection or any deficiency if there is nothing like that then you can ask your doctor for the medication of appetite like aptivate
