my son doesn't eat vegetables ,i always give small quantity of vegetables in form of stuff paratha or mix in his dal..how can i know if he is getting a proper nutrition or not? and how can i know about his growth development?

A. It’s good you can continue doing that and give Palak Puri or mage veg cutlets and give chills dosa uthapam and toti pizza pav bhaji can be given with vegetables
