my son doesn't eat food without tv or mobile. please advice how to cut down his screen time

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 day agoA. dear mum , gradually reduce the screen time over the days instead of suddenly switching off have regular meal time and set place for meal be the example for child to follow urself avoid screen if child does not finish in 20-30 min keep away plate offer again after sometime
