my son completed 6 months and now we started feeding food(Raggi) other than milk.After we started feeding food Motion is not getting free and Motion is getting very hard.can you please suggest us what can we can do.

A. baby 6 months old now and you have started with solids after starting with solid food items it is normal for baby to have constipation increase water in baby diet and also give fibre rich fruits
