best food for 6 month old baby other than mother milk? what will be best food for breast feeding mom? I am overweight

Keep her hydrated
but don't use demineralized water for drinking
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
she can be given probiotics , soups and meshs of cooked vegetables and fruits , khichdi upma , sheera daliya
