Q.

my son birth weight is 3.3kg ,now he completed 5 month but his weight is 5.8kg....is it k ...or what I will do shall I start weaning

A. The weight is okay for now. The mother should take high protein diet to improve the quality and quantity of milk production. After the baby completes 6 months of age start solids

A. Hello ma’am The wait is fine there is nothing wrong with it if your child double the birth weight that is going to be 6.6 KG by the age of six months then that is a proper weight gain for the child. Apart from that you can only start with semisolid food after your child completes the age of six months before that you only have to exclusively breastfeed your baby
