my son birth weight is 2.75kgs he is not at all gaining weight he is only 10.6kgs now. pls help to increase his weight

A. Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Give adequate feeding Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes At six months weight should be double to birth weight
