1. Offer very soft aloo paratha to your baby. Apply desi ghee on it. Make sure you mush the bites that you offer to ur baby. This will increase your baby’s weight. Ideal time to give the same is morning, as breakfast.
2. Offer mashed chikkoo fruit to ur baby, it helps increasing weight of babies.
3. Offer soft scrambled egg or soft omelette to your baby.
4. Give him mashed vegetables and add few drops of desi ghee in the mash.
5. Aata halwa made in desi ghee will also add ur baby’s weight.
