A. Hi Parent, hope you and your baby r doing good!! 1. Offer very soft aloo paratha to your baby. Apply desi ghee on it. Make sure you mush the bites that you offer to ur baby. This will increase your baby’s weight. Ideal time to give the same is morning, as breakfast. 2. Offer mashed chikkoo fruit to ur baby, it helps increasing weight of babies. 3. Offer soft scrambled egg or soft omelette to your baby. 4. Give him mashed vegetables and add few drops of desi ghee in the mash. 5. Aata halwa made in desi ghee will also add ur baby’s weight.

A. Hello dear parent! It is said to be ideal if the baby doubles its birth weight by 6 months completion and triples by one year completion. Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
