my son anshvik HB is very low 7.7 gm and his TLC (WBC) are 20000. Mam please guide us

You have to go ahead with proper diet alterations for the child consult a nutrition is to have a detailed diet plan which is going to be helpful in the situation that the child is it along with that for Iron specifically along with diet I would also recommend you to go for a supplement
