My Son always have issues related to eating except food he eats paper, wood, sponge, etc,.. iam observing onee thing though that iam aged 35 yrs my feets are smooth but my son at this age he only plays half an hour daily with wearing slippers still his feets are like this whats the best solution

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist5 days agoA. Namaste Mom, One is he is not eating well, and that is also one of the reasons for such a condition. Make sure he is well hydrated with fluids especially in the form of water, coconut water etc seasonal fruits and vegetables , soaked dry fruits dals, eggs
