A. Your kid is big enough to have all kinds of food. Give all homemade food which is good in nutritionally. Dal, suji, daliya, ragi, seasonal vegetables, sweet potatoes, fruits, curd, add desi ghee and dry fruits in diet whichever form they can eat. The kids must be strong from inside outside body type is all natural
