A. bacche ke naak mein saline drops her 2 se 3 ghante mein daliye jisse bacche ki naak khul jayegi aur sath mein bacche ke agal Bagal ka vatavaran bahut jyada Thanda se garam aur garm se Thanda Na Ho is baat ka Dhyan rakhiye aur bacche ko sadharan garam Pani pilai
