Q.

My son 6+ years has lost his front 2 teeths and it's around 2 months now but still there is no sign of the new teeths coming back. is it a concern for us Or is it normal?

A. hello ma'am do not worry about this it is perfectly normal normally it takes around three to four months for the permanent teeth to erupt in place of the milk teeth
